To continue offering high-quality, unique products, we have to operate within certain limitations. That’s why at this time, we do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged.

What Happens if Something Arrives Damaged?
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 7 days. Just send us clear photos or videos showing the damage, and we’ll make it right by offering a refund or replacement, whichever works best for you!
